Individual Learning subscription – Please refer to the welcome email from Adobe Digital Learning Services for instructions on creating an Adobe ID and enrolling for classes.​

Premium Learning Subscription (purchased by organization) – Your organization’s point of contact will be onboarded by one of our Adobe Learning Architects.​

Look for an email from your company's subscription POC, which has all the information about accessing your subscription purchased by your organization.​

If you are unable to locate your welcome email, refer to the welcome guide here for the same instructions.

All learners will see the class base price on our website until they check out and reach the final registration page. Here are some troubleshooting steps:​

Ensure you are signed in with your correct account. If this is an enterprise learning subscription purchased by your organization, please make sure that you are signing in with your work email account.​

1. Make sure that your learning subscription is still active by checking your subscription end date in your welcome email, or click here to check your profile information.​
2. If you are sure that you are signing in with the correct account and have received a welcome email from us or your company's subscription POC, but you are still seeing a cost at the final checkout screen: contact us.

First, make sure that you are signed in with your correct work email account, or follow the instructions mentioned in your welcome email and use your work email account to create an Adobe ID if you haven't already. An additional information page will come up when you are creating your Adobe ID, which will allow you to enter the subcription code.​
